Group Visit Guide
Group Rate
- 20% discount is applied to a group of more than 20 people.
School Visit
- Holders of Donguri Card (issued to children attending elementary school and junior high school located in Himeji City) are admitted to permanent exhibitions for free.
- The museum welcomes visits for out-of-school learning. Even if a group consists of less than 20 people, 20% discount is applied to the group if the total number of people exceeds 20 when combined with other groups from the same school. (Booking is required.)
Visit by a Large Bus
- If visit by a large bus is scheduled, please inform the museum in advance so that parking space can be secured.
Exhibition Guide
Free guided tour of the permanent exhibitions is offered by a volunteer to a group of five or more people.
(The tour is available in Japanese only. Admission fee is required. A group should consist of at least five people equal to or older than third-grade elementary school pupil.)
The tour takes about one hour (Tour time may be changed subject to consultation.)
*Guided tours of the museum buildings are not available. Visitors interested in the museum buildings are given a handout.
